The CITY OF RUSHFORD VILLAGE Council will hold a public hearing at the Village Office, which is on Highway 30 West of Rushford next to the Rushford Village Shop, March 15, 2005 at 8:30 p.m. for the purpose of considering the application of Val Gudmundson of 3800 State Hwy 30 West, Rushford Village, MN, to operate the sand pit, in his name, previously leased to Roverud Construction. The area involved is Section 15 Twp 104 Range 8 w 1?2 sw 1?4 ex 2.65A, on their (Val & Mary Gudmundson) property, consisting of approximately 4 1?2 acres, (south of highway 30) to be described.
