May 10, 2005 County Board Meeting The Fillmore County Board met in regular session at the Courthouse in the City of Preston. All members were present. Also present were the Coordinator/Clerk, County Attorney, Auditor, other department heads and staff, citizens, and two members of the press. The following resolutions were adopted by the Board: RESOLUTION 2005-048:Conditional Use Permit for David and Joan Wissing to operate a campground, York Township, Section 15 The Board approved the following agenda items: •the amended agenda. •the following Consent Agenda: 1.May 3, 2005 County Board minutes. 2.Public Health Director’s attendance at Mass Vaccination Clinic training in Plymouth, MN. 3.Payment #4 of $268.85 to Pompeii Painting, Inc. for Courthouse Addition and Remodeling. 4.Payment #5 of $9,059.20 to Twin City Tile & Marble Co. for Courthouse Addition and Remodeling. •purchase of ProLiant DL380 G4 Xeon replacement server at bid price of $9,548.81 from GovConnection. •purchase of two Windows 2003 operating system server licenses and assurances for $2,009.51 from GovConnection. •annual Boat and Water Safety grant from Dept. of Natural Resources in sum of $1,298.00. •enter into direct and counter-cyclical program contract with US Dept. of Agriculture for Airport land and authorized signature of same. •enter into agreement for cost share with Dept. of Natural Resources to establish prairie grass on land that is parallel to Fillmore County Airport to cover cost of the seed. •purchase of replacement office work station surface from Beckley’s at $270.00. •payments for permanent and temporary easements and fence costs for CSAH 38 and CSAH 02 for a total of $17,783.57. •right-of-way plat for CSAH 38 and CSAH 02 and authorized signature of same. •accepted low state contract bid of $175,242.54 from Universal Truck Equipment, Inc for three sets of boxes, wings and sanders for snow plow trucks. •purchase of a Vermeer 5030 – 7’ Gator Disc Mower from Hammell Equipment, Chatfield for $4,041.68. •amend resolution for a Conditional Use Permit for David and Joan Wissing to add a condition to provide toilet facilities and garbage disposal service. •access permit application for Ellen C.
