THE STATE OF MINNESOTA, To the above-named Defendants:

You are hereby summoned and required to serve upon the Plaintiff’s attorney an Answer to the Complaint which is which is on file in the Office of the Court Administrator of the above-named Court, within twenty (20) days after service of this summons upon you, or the date of the first publication, exclusive of the day of service. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.

This action involves, affects, or brings into question real property situated in the County of Fillmore, State of Minnesota, described as follows, to-wit:

That Part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, and of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 5, Township 104 North, Range 11 West, Fillmore County, Minnesota, also being part of Outlots 10 and 11, of O.H. Case’s Plat of Outlots in the City of Chatfield, according to the plat thereof on file in the County Recorder’s office, Fillmore County, Minnesota, described as follows:

Commencing at the northwest corner of said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter; thence southerly on a Minnesota State Plane Grid azimuth from North of 180 degrees, 16 minutes, 04 seconds along the west line of said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter 113.65 feet to the point of beginning; thence northeasterly 48 degrees 59 minutes 06 seconds azimuth along a line perpendicular to the southwesterly right of way line; thence southeasterly 138 degrees 59 minutes 06 seconds azimuth along said southwesterly right of way line 110.33 feet; thence southwesterly 228 degrees 59 minutes 06 seconds azimuth 333.12 feet to the west line of said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter; thence northerly 00 degrees 16 minutes 04 seconds azimuth along said west line 146.82 feet to the point of beginning.

The object of this action is to obtain a judgment that the Plaintiff is the owner in fee of the above described real property, and that none of the said Defendants have any estate or interest therein or lien thereon. It is not the intention of the Plaintiff to obtain a personal or money judgment against the above-named Defendants.
