The Falcon girls dispensed with Plainview-Elgin-Millville 60-39. Connor Nagle (23), Tiffany Johnson (17), and Alex Peterson (9) accounted for all but 11 of the Lady Falcons points. Their record stands at 3-1 (overall and in conference). Meanwhile, the Falcon guys fell to their PEM Bulldog adversaries, 67-31. No Falcon hit double-figures. Isaac Sveen was the leading scorer with 7. The boys record stands at 1-2 (overall and in conference).
The Trojan teams played Southland. The ladies fell 53-45 to the Rebels. Kensie Lind and Laura Rislove again paced R-P in defeat. Lind tallied 19 points and 7 rebounds; Rislove 11 points, 5 rebounds, and 6 assists. R-P led by 2 at the half, before Southland outscored the Trojan-gals by 10 in the second stanza.
The boys bombed away again, prevailing 63-44 versus Southland. Trent Vix, Ben Krambeer, and Nick Thompson each had 15, mostly off of three-point field goals (3,4, and 2 respectively). Southland only had 14 points at the half. They were limited to 0-9 for the game from behind the arc. The R-P boys are now 2-0 (overall and in conference).
