The Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Preston will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 5, 2022, at 5:00pm to consider a variance request from Bruce and Teresa Hoff.
The Hoffs, owners of the subject property at 505 North Street NW, are proposing an accessory utility/storage shed on the northwest corner of their property. City code requires an accessory building have a 12-foot setback from the main building. The Hoffs are requesting a setback of 10 feet from the main building.
The public hearing will be held in the City Council Chambers at City Hall.
