The Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Preston will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 31, 2023, at 5:00pm to consider a variance request for parcel 17.0123.000.
Fillmore County, owner of the subject property, address of 901 Houston ST NW are proposing a building addition to the south side of the existing building on their property. The application for variance is to allow a 15.5 feet setback from the Right of Way; the setback allowed by ordinance is 35 feet.
The public hearing will be held at City Hall.
