Notice of Hearing on Improvement 2023 Street & Utility Improvements City of Spring Valley

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

Notice is hereby given that the city council of Spring Valley will meet in the Council Chambers at City Hall (201 South Broadway) at 6:00 p.m. on September 12, 2022, to consider the making of the 2023 Street and Utility Improvement project, in the following streets/areas: for the pavement, sanitary sewer, water, and storm sewer improvements of the following streets/areas:

Street/Area	From	To
CSAH 1 – Farmer Street	Section Ave North	900’ E of East Avenue

By improvements of streets, sanitary sewer, water, and storm sewer, pursuant to Minn. Stat. §§ 429.011 to 429.111. The estimated cost of the improvement is $3,468,538. A reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessment will be available at the hearing. Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed improvement will be heard at this meeting.
