Notice is hereby given that the Fillmore County Planning Commission has been presented an application from Ulland Brothers, Inc. of 2501 East Main Street, Albert Lea, MN 56007 for a Conditional Use Permit for a Sand Pit on property owned by Thomas & Theresa Warren located in the SE ½, SW ¼ Section 19, Spring Valley Township. The property is located in an Agricultural District.
Notice is further given that said petitioner Ulland Brothers, Inc. will be heard at a monthly meeting of the Fillmore County Planning Commission on July 21, 2022 at 7:02 p.m. in Room 601L of the Fillmore County Courthouse at 101 Fillmore Street, Preston, MN, 55965 at which time all interested persons will be heard.
