West Division champion Lyle/Pacelli placed four players on the 2021 All-Southeast Conference Boys Basketball Team while division and section runner-up Southland had three honorees. East Division champion Spring Grove had two selections, including SEC Player of the Year Caden Grinde.

Seven of the 17 are repeat honorees; four of the First and Second Team selections had received Honorable Mention last winter. All-conference for fourth year are both Colt Landers of Grand Meadow and Jed Nelson of L/P. Grinde, who led the league in steals and was the second-leading scorer, is All-SEC for a third time. Two-time All-SEC sophomore Buay Koak of L/P led all scorers, averaging 20.5 points per conference contest. There were nine seniors, five juniors, two sophomores and one freshman. The youngest honoree is Mabel-Canton freshman guard Cayden Tollefsrud.
Nine of the 12 league members were represented among the 17 First and Second Team selections. Each team receives one Honorable Mention. Seven teams return to SEC action next year with an all-conference player. Randolph junior Clay Nielsen will play with the Rockets in the Gopher Conference next year.
