Congratulations to Cheryl Miller of Preston. Miller won $5,000 by playing the Lottery’s Cash Multiplier scratch game. Miller claimed the prize on Aug. 20, 2012. The winning ticket was purchased at Preston Motor Mart, 209 Kansas St. NW in Preston.
