The Preston Area Community Foundation recently awarded a $1,000 grant to the Preston Area Tourism for a new brochure rack that is located at the Trailhead and new signage on the Preston Trout Float. The new sign was completed in time for the 2013 Trout Days Parade. The Foundation feels strongly that this type of project is a good match with its mission of serving the greater Preston area by supporting programs and projects that improve the quality of life and build a stronger community. The Preston Area Community Foundation is a non-profit foundation. Donations to the Foundation can be sent to: PO Box 467, Preston, MN. 55965.
