The Fillmore County Board met in special session at the Courthouse in the City of Preston. All members were present. Also present were the Coordinator/Clerk, County Attorney, Auditor, other department heads and staff, citizens, and two members of the press.

The following resolutions were adopted by the Board:RESOLUTION 2005-049:Establish the National Incident of Management System (NIMS) as the standard for incident management in Fillmore CountyRESOLUTION 2005-050:Hire replacement nurse at wage above minimum

The Board approved the following agenda items:the amended agenda.the following Consent Agenda:1.May 10, 2005 County Board minutes.2.Regular status for Jeff Cooper, Systems Administrator.3.Overnight stays for Public Health Director to attend MN E-Health Summit. 4.26th General Conditions payment of $14,039.27 to Construction Analysis & Management, Inc. (CAM) for courthouse project. 5.Construction Management Fee of $700.00 to CAM for courthouse project. 6.Final (#2) payment of $2,165.15 to Molin Concrete Products for Courthouse Addition and Remodeling. 7.Transient merchants license for T.A.P. Enterprises, Inc. for June 8, 2005 for a tool sale at Mabel Legion.adopted Statement of Support for National Guard and Reserve volunteer forces.access permit to CSAH #13 for Gary and Helene Vitse, Section 9, Preble Township, for their home.access permit to CSAH #26 for Randy & Renae Anderson, Section 15, Beaver Township, for their home.hire Kim Bremseth as replacement registered nurse at Grade 8/Step 3, effective June 3, 2005.submit three job descriptions to Bjorklund at $110 per description for review.
