Summary of Minutes April 12, 2005 County Board Meeting The Fillmore County Board met in regular session in the Commissioners’ Board Room, Fillmore County Courthouse in the City of Preston. All members were present. Also present were the Coordinator/Clerk, County Attorney, Auditor, other department heads and staff, citizens, and two members of the press.
The following resolutions were adopted by the Board: RESOLUTION 2005-038:2004 Fillmore-Houston Community Health Services expenditures RESOLUTION 2005-039:2005 Fillmore-Houston Community Health Services budget RESOLUTION 2005-040:2004 Fillmore-Houston Maternal Child Health expenditures RESOLUTION 2005-041:Variance to State Aid Rules for Bridge #23574, Project SAP #23-599-160 RESOLUTION 2005-042:Enter into agreement with MN Dept. of Agriculture for 319 Livestock Management in Riparian areas project grant RESOLUTION 2005-043:Conditional Use Permit for Yost Hershberger to operate a sawmill in Canton Township
The Board approved the following agenda items: •the amended agenda. •remove Item #5 (Renumbered), Consider resolution for Variance to State Aid Rules for Bridge #23574, from Consent agenda and place it in the other administrative items. •the following amended Consent Agenda: 1.April 5, 2005 County Board minutes. 2.Director’s attendance of National Public Health Information Network Conference in Atlanta, Georgia at no cost to County. 3.Renewal of Preston Golf and Country Club 3.2 and bottle club license as approved by Fountain Township, Sheriff Connolly and Attorney Corson and authorize signature of same. 4.Payment of 25th General Conditions billing for $1,266.39 to Construction Analysis & Management, Inc. (CAM) for Courthouse Addition and Remodeling. •County Agricultural Inspector’s 2004 annual report. •revise date from May 3, 2005 to May 10, 2005 at 9:30 a.m. for public hearing on tax abatement for Cedar Valley Inn to allow adequate time for publication. •agreement for consultation, development and purchase of ESRI ArcIMS software from Pro-West for $18,000.00 to replace current Civic Site system.
