Granger and Big Spring have been sister congregations since 1873 with the parsonage being located at Big Springs. Granger paid a larger sum towards the pastor's salary than Big Spring since Big Spring kept up the upkeep of the parsonage.

"Before a word is on my tongue you know it completely, O Lord." Psalm 139:4 NIV
The e-mail read: "Out of Office AutoReply: Request." If you communicate with your computer via email, you may be familiar with this kind of message. It is generated automatically as a reply to any message that is sent to that address. It is followed by the dates the person is out of their office or home and the expected date of their return. If this is your only way to contact them, you will just have to wait. They aren't taking or sending any communication.
God never goes on vacation or is too busy to listen. God knows what we want to talk to him about even before we can form the words. That doesn't mean that God response is always what we want to hear. Jesus did ask for his suffering to be taken away from him if possible. It was not possible for Jesus to satisfy God's justice because of the world's sins without dying on a cross. Jesus got his answer, and he was willing to accept it. He knew that God's will was in our best interests.
Because of Jesus' sacrifice we know God loves us. We may have to wait for his response, but it will come at the proper time. If it's really urgent, you'll get an immediate response. It isn't hard for God because he knows what your planning to talk to him about. God also knows the next time you'll be worshiping. See you in church!
