Chatfield Concert series- Ravensfire

Ravensfire, a traditional Celtic band, will perform at the Chatfield “Music in the Park” summer concert series on Thursday, July 3 at 7:30 p.m. The concert will take place in the Chatfield City Park Band Shell. This talented ensemble includes Larry Schmidt on guitar and vocals, Melissa Schmidt on mandolin and vocals, and Marshall Goetz on bodhran and vocals.

Ravensfire’s repertoire includes a fine collection of beloved and familiar Irish, Scottish, Folk and Sea Shanties in addition to original songs and tunes written by Melissa Schmidt in the traditional style. This spirited and energetic band will have you tapping your toes and smiling as they entertain you with their lively and uplifting music.

Food will be served by the Chatfield Episcopal Church at 6 in addition to refreshments by the Root River 4-H Club. Lawn chairs and blankets are encouraged! Join your friends and family and enjoy a summer evening of good food and great entertainment in the Chatfield City Park.
