Concert in the Park July 24

The Rochester Community Band, under the direction of Mr. Michael Mangan, will perform Thursday for the Chatfield “Music in the Park” summer concert series. The concert will be on Thursday, July 24, at 7:30 p.m. in the Chatfield City Park Band Shell. R4 Meats will be serving food from 6-7:30 p.m. and the St. Paul Lutheran School will serve root beer floats.

The Rochester Community Band is comprised of over 50 musicians from the Rochester area. Their performances include two winter concerts and a number of summer concerts including the Rochesterfest parade. The director, Michael Mangan, has directed the group for seven years, and was most recently the high school band director at Lourdes High School.

Bring your lawn chair or blanket and enjoy a summer evening of great music with your family and friends.
