Shelly Quinnell, daughter of Steve and Lori Quinnell of Rochester graduated with distinction on December 10, 2000, from Riverland Community College in Albert Lea. She received an AAS Degree in the Physical Therapist Assistant program. She is also a member of Phi Theta Kappa, an international honor society.
