MnDOT kicks off 2014 construction season

Note: Media in southeastern Minnesota can watch the video at MnDOT’s Rochester headquarters (2900 48th St. N.W.) and learn about all of the construction projects in southeastern Minnesota that are scheduled this summer. District Engineer Jeff Vlaminck, as well as several project engineers will be available to talk about the projects. Please arrive by 9:45 a.m.
