Greiner propels Kingsland girls

Tue, Dec 28th, 2010
Posted in Sports

The Kingsland girls narrowly clipped R-P 43-41. The Trojans did good work at the free throw line making 11 of 14 shots. Much of that came courtesy of Laura Rislove (6 of 8) and Amy Todd (3 of 4), R-P's leaders in scoring with 19 and 14. The Knight gals, or the Three Rivers' leading scorer, Molly Greiner, utilized the two-point shot well. Greiner led Kingsland with 17 including 6 of 9 inside the three-point stripe. Ultimately, it was Kingsland's Lindsey Tart's first-half buzzer beating three-pointer that proved to be the difference in the game. She finished with 12 all from long-range.
