Stanley M. Swenson, 78, of rural Harmony, died March 16, 2001 at the Green Lea Manor in Mabel from complications of Lewy Body Disease.

He is survived by his wife, Ramona; three daughters, Laura Lynch of Waucoma, Iowa, Deb Scrabeck and Kari Schroeder, both of Harmony; one son, Mark of Coon Rapids, Minn.; 11 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Swen of Fort Dodge, Iowa, and Gordy of Granger, Minn. He was preceded in death by one sister and a granddaughter.

A memorial service for Stanley M. Swenson was held March 25, 2001 at the Saetersdal Lutheran Church in rural Lime Springs, Iowa. The Conway Funeral Home in Cresco, Iowa, was in charge of arrangements.
