•Amanda Schwickerath of Lime Springs has been named to the Dean’s List at the University of Iowa in Iowa City, IA.
•Courtney Lovejoy of Chatfield has been named to the Dean’s List at Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, MN.
•Tanis Theiss, daughter of Norman and Kay Theiss of Fountain, was named to the Dean’s List at Buena Vista University in Storm Lake, IA.
•Nathan Schwickerath of Lime Springs received a degree in Business Administration from the University of Iowa in Iowa City during winter commencement ceremonies.

•Fillmore Central School placed third in the Regional Junior High Knowledge Bowl held on January 16. The Junior Knowledge Bowl competitions are for students in grades 6-9. During the contest, teams of students compete in written and oral rounds by answering questions related to all areas of learning typical of secondary educational programs.
