Agricultural land linked to homestead

Agricultural land owned by a family farm corporation, joint farm, venture, limited liability company, or partnership may be linked as homestead to a shareholders agricultural homestead. The deadline for application is July 1, 2010 for 2011 taxes. An application may be obtained at the Fillmore County Assessor's Office or by calling 507-765-3868.
