COUNTY OF HOUSTON NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND INTENT TO ADOPT AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE USE OF CANNABIS AND CANNABIS DERIVED PRODUCTS IN PUBLIC PLACES

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:
That a public hearing, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 394.26, will be held in the Houston County Commissioner’s Room, City of Caledonia, Minnesota at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 19, 2023.
The Planning Commission will discuss recommending adoption of the proposed ordinance regulating the use of cannabis and cannabis derived products in public places to the Houston County Board of Commissioners.
All persons having an interest in the matter are invited to attend the hearing.
