Thewiseone, the District Court reports are public information. To a lot of people it serves as motivation to not break the law. A lot of the people that I know that have made it into these reports have said what they did was something stupid and should have known better knowing that they're names will make it onto the reports. Papers like the Rochester Post-Bulletin have been doing the same for years.
